  i stopped going to kingdom hall meetings about nine years ago.

  i was fading for the longest time, refused to go out in field service, dropped out of the ministry school talks, no longer answered at the watchtower study, arrived at the meetings the last second, and left as soon as possible.

  i couldn't take attending the meetings any longer.

  I haven’t posted on this page for literally years but had to on this one. The US is too far gone to do anything about weapons now, the fact you spout about needing drum magazines for you to do the maximum damage as quickly as possible speaks volumes about your country and society.

  The era of countries looking to the US for leadership are over, it’s very sad really considering how much you gave during WW2.

  Finally before all the calls of lefttard come flowing my way I am a currently serving member of the Australian military and have been for 20 years in the security field so yeah I know a bit about the topic and employing weapon systems for maximum effect.

  I have listened to Blackstar and watched the video. The video has some disturbing imagery but it is an amazing track. Now we know his circumstances it makes sense that it was so bleak.

  Help with contracts.

  they said i can not have mine annulled.

  it had been considered by the bethel service department and due to the length of time i had been baptised and that i had signed other contracts with the wts, such as becoming a pioneer they could not annul it.

  I remember filling out and signing a document when I pioneered. Not for Baptism though - BUT I think it could be said that the baptism questions and your agreement and then actual baptism would consitute a verbal contract - if it was challenged in court. Although what intersted me the most ws the use of the phrase - just more and more thinking like a corporation and not a faith. I couldn't think of any other religion (I use the term loosely) that would call doing the work of Jesus and baptism 'contracts' and just who are you contracting with - God and Jesus - give me a break!
